Annual Salary Range: Range $63,000 to $83,000. Role Overview As part of a dynamic team advancing philanthropic support across Providence Health Care, this role contributes directly to funding critical medical departments, clinical programs, research initiatives, and patient care priorities.

Key responsibilities include stewarding and growing an established portfolio of Annual Giving donors while supporting a comprehensive acquisition strategy to expand the donor community. The role requires balancing both digital and traditional fundraising channels, leveraging integrated campaigns to maximize engagement, strengthen donor relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of annual giving and personal giving strategies aligned with Foundation priorities. Coordinate and grow a portfolio of personal giving donors through proactive cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and relationship management to increase donor retention, gift frequency, and gift value. Build and maintain meaningful donor relationships through phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person or virtual meetings, delivering a responsive and personalized donor experience. Identify opportunities to deepen donor engagement and advance donors along the annual giving continuum through tailored cultivation and stewardship activities. Respond to donor inquiries and engagement opportunities in a timely, professional, and donor-centred manner. Deliver stewardship activities, including acknowledgments, recognition, impact reporting, and other engagement initiatives that strengthen long-term donor relationships. Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge, documenting interactions, donor preferences, and engagement activities while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Track, analyze, and report on portfolio performance, using donor data and insights to identify opportunities, monitor progress toward targets, and inform ongoing donor engagement activities. Collaborate with colleagues across Annual Giving, Donor Relations, Communications, Philanthropy, and other Foundation teams to deliver an integrated and consistent donor experience. Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience Successful completion of postsecondary education in Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline, required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in annual giving, donor relations, fundraising, account management, sales, or another relationship-focused role, required. Experience managing and growing a donor or client portfolio, with responsibility for retention, stewardship, and relationship development. Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or other complex mission-driven environment is preferred. Experience using donor databases or CRM systems, preferably Raiser's Edge. Knowledge of charitable giving principles, donor stewardship practices, and CRA receipting requirements is considered an asset.

As a not-for-profit foundation entrusted with donor funds and community partnerships, the successful candidate must complete and pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
