The Opportunity

• Full-time associate role: 4 days per week, with no regular evenings and the option to tailor your schedule.
• Established patient base with healthy new-patient flow.
• Mentorship and collaboration with experienced dentists, including support for growth in areas such as implants, endo, surgery, lasers, and aesthetics based on your interests.
• Clinical autonomy within a well-organized, systems-driven practice that aligns with your professional judgment and our shared values.
• Longer appointments where appropriate so you can provide comprehensive care, build trust, and avoid feeling rushed.
