The Therapeutic Assistant will work cooperatively and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team in carrying out the individual’s treatment program and communicating patient-specific information that will enhance the level of knowledge of the treatment team.About You We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Diploma from a two year Recreation or Therapeutic Recreation Program Current CPR certification is required Current St. John Ambulance First Aid course preferred Current certification in Non Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) is an asset Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of community resources Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
