Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role based in Edmonton, AB. The Registered Massage Therapist will provide client-centered therapeutic massage treatments, including assessments, treatment planning, and hands-on techniques tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include performing various massage modalities, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, and offering education on home care, posture, and stress management strategies. The role involves collaborating with other wellness professionals, following strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, and supporting a welcoming, professional clinic environment. The therapist will also participate in scheduling, occasional reception support, and client follow-up to ensure high-quality service and retention. Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor treatments to client needs. Ability to support clients with Stress Management through education, relaxation techniques, and appropriate treatment plans. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication. Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program and eligibility for registration/licensure in Alberta. Current professional liability insurance and adherence to relevant regulatory and ethical standards. Excellent hygiene practices, time management, and reliability in a clinical environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting and maintain professional boundaries.
