Your Opportunity

This is more than a physiotherapy position - it's an opportunity to build an exceptional career alongside some of Calgary's most experienced manual therapists. You'll join a team of physiotherapists, including FCAMPT clinicians, in our busy downtown practice with a strong and established caseload. Our collaborative approach to care means you'll benefit from one-on-one mentorship, bi-monthly in-house clinical education sessions, and ongoing opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues.

You'll enjoy the autonomy to develop your own practice, whether your passion lies in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, concussion care, vestibular rehabilitation, or pelvic health, you'll find opportunities to grow your clinical interests while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

This full-time opportunity includes a busy existing caseload, morning shift availability, generous signing bonus, competitive fee-for-service earning potential, and convenient access to Calgary's downtown core just steps from the CTrain.

Your Impact

In this role, you will: 

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with an expert team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Continuously advance your clinical expertise through evidence-informed practice, advanced education, peer collaboration, and engagement with emerging best practices in rehabilitation
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

 

Are You the Right Fit?

What you bring:

• Licensed Physiotherapist in Alberta (or eligible)
• Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset
• 2+ years outpatient orthopaedics 
• Manual therapy interest and Orthopaedic Levels (an asset) 
• IMS/acupuncture/sport physiotherapy considered assets
• Passion for lifelong learning
• Enjoy mentoring and team collaboration
