About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Maintain prescription records . Prepare medications for clients. Bill third party insurers. Computer and technology knowledge: Kroll Software. MS Office. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Do you have the required certifications listed in the job posting?.
