This is a newly created position to support our operational ramp-up.
What You Will Do
Receive, inspect, and store maintenance parts, tools, and supplies in an organized and secure manner. Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or inventory software. Issue parts and materials to maintenance personnel and track usage. Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Label, organize, and maintain storeroom layout to improve efficiency and accessibility. Ensure inventory practices comply with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements. Prepare inventory reports and provide usage data to maintenance and management staff. Support maintenance planner or supervisors with parts kitting and job preparation as needed. May include other related duties as required, provided such duties are reasonable and consistent with the employee’s qualifications and role responsibilities.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in maintenance or inventory control. Experience working with CMMS software. Familiarity with maintenance parts (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and vendors. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
What We Offer
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - 75,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Work is performed in a combination of office and manufacturing environments. The role requires regular on-site presence in production areas and extended periods of computer and screen use. Standard work schedule is daytime hours; however, occasional attendance outside regular hours (including early, late, or shift-based hours) may be required to support commissioning, operational needs, or improvement activities.
