Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience utilizing dental software and technology. Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
• Utilize dental software such as AbelDent for charting.
• Provide pediatric dental care, ensuring a gentle and caring approach tailored to young patients.
• Take and interpret digital radiographs; utilize CAD technology for designing restorations when applicable.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
• Experience working with dental software such as AbelDent is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
• Prior experience in a dental office setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus.
• Experience providing pediatric dentistry services is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
