Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
- Utilize dental software such as AbelDent for charting.
- Provide pediatric dental care, ensuring a gentle and caring approach tailored to young patients.
- Take and interpret digital radiographs; utilize CAD technology for designing restorations when applicable.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Experience working with dental software such as AbelDent is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus.
- Experience providing pediatric dentistry services is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
