Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Private residence. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Supervision: No supervision responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Cultural Awareness Training. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
