To Start As Soon As Possible
The Ministry of Social Services, Disability Programs branch, is seeking a detail-oriented individual with time management and administrative skills to join the Program and Operational Supports (PrOS) Clerical Services team. PrOS is dedicated to person centered service excellence, collaboration, and working as one team. This position will be responsible for completing word processing tasks, data entry, maintaining an efficient filing system, responding to inquiries, booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas and completing meeting minutes. This position has the ability to be based out of our Moose Jaw or Regina office. Applicants must clearly indicate in their cover letter why they’re interested in a position with PrOS, how they’ve acquired the skills required for this position, and their office location preference.
