Product Owner, Healthcare Data Products - Brampton, ON

As a Product Owner, Healthcare Data Products, you will own the product backlog for a portfolio of healthcare data products that support Pharmacy, Clinical, and Digital Health teams. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, analytics, UX, and architecture teams to discover customer needs, define product requirements, prioritize work, and deliver valuable solutions through iterative releases.

You will play a critical role in translating business problems into scalable digital products while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. Success in this role means delivering products that improve pharmacy operations, enable data-driven decision making, and create exceptional experiences for both healthcare professionals and customers.

What You'll Do

Support the delivery of large-scale data solutions from discovery through launch and continuous iteration. Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and strategic objectives. Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements. Work with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems. Work closely with development teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we prioritize the capabilities that deliver the most value to the business and help refine working processes to increase efficiency. Critically assess feature requests and requirements to eliminate the non-essential. Advise and assist business teams on automation, digital execution, and transformational projects.

What You Bring

3-5+ years of experience in a Product Ownership, Business Analyst, or similar role A solid understanding of product management principles and methodologies You can easily build connections and work in cross functional teams to solve complex problems and build great products A customer first approach to building products, using research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer stickiness An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done A growth mindset – you know there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to challenge the status quo Experience in healthcare or pharmacy is a plus
