We are seeking one (1) professional, energetic, customer service based healthcare administrator for an Integrated Healthcare clinic comprising of Aesthetic services (Botox, Fillers, Medical Aesthetics etc.), Family Medicine, Walk-in Medical, Specialist Medicine, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Osteopathy and other health services for an integrated health clinic in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto.

Work well in a team environment Maintain professional communication at all times Provide excellent customer service at all times Multi-task and prioritize, Speak and write English fluently Experience with Telus PS Suite EMR is an asset Experience with Jane app EMR is an asset Prior experience in a medical/healthcare facility Answer calls coming in through the mainline and transfers accordingly with exceptional customer service capabilities Book appointments through the system in a time-efficient manner Dealing with client requests with patient experience as a top priority Coordinate consultations, tests and bookings for patients Checking patient's out and handling payments and re-bookings Responding to patient emails Perform administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, medical messages, Appointment bookings for both medical and non medical schedule Candidate must have experience/significant interest in Aesthetic/cosmetic medicine All other duties as assigned by management
