Manager, Clinic Services (Operational Leader) – Preston, SK.
Employment Status: This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced operational leader.
The Manager of Clinic Services, reporting to the Area Director, is responsible for creating a clinic environment that reflects CBI Health’s purpose, values, and client promise. This role plays a key part in developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and engagement, while also building strong community partnerships that support business growth.
The Manager, Clinic Services, leads the clinic in delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving strong business outcomes.
Take a look at what you’ll do each day:
- Foster and support clinic team engagement with local physicians and funders (WCB, Auto Insurance Adjusters, LTD), while building and nurturing referral relationships
- Provide input into clinic business decisions, service delivery models, and team development aligned with strategic goals
- Coach, mentor, develop, and performance manage team members through consistent performance review processes
- Support onboarding of clinical and non-clinical team members to build a high-performing team
- Contribute to client experience and business initiatives across the clinic and local area
- Set and deliver on clinic goals aligned with strategic priorities
- Lead the administrative team in schedule management to ensure timely access to services
- Provide strong leadership that fosters engagement and attracts high-performing talent
- Drive service excellence by ensuring consistent service delivery standards and access to care
- Organize resources, solve problems, and make informed decisions independently and collaboratively
- Deliver a personalized client experience through effective scheduling, strong client interactions, and proactive problem-solving
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in a private clinic or rehabilitation setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
