Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations with a focus on exceptional patient care Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and budget-related responsibilities Deliver and expand clinical services, including immunizations and medication reviews Foster a positive work culture aligned with our mission and values Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to support wellness initiatives Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician in Nova Scotia (or eligible to become licensed). Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience in Canada (required). Patient-focused and committed to exceptional healthcare service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with pharmacy technology and workflow improvement (experience with Kroll is an asset). Interest in clinical service delivery and continuous professional development.
