About the Opportunity We are building a Canada-wide talent pipeline of experienced Project Managers to support current and upcoming healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives. This includes enterprise system implementations, ERP programs, interoperability initiatives, and large-scale clinical application deployments across hospitals and regional healthcare organizations. We are connecting with experienced professionals for both active and upcoming opportunities, including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. By joining our Project Management Talent Network, you will be considered for initiatives ranging from system implementations and upgrades to enterprise transformation programs and strategic advisory engagements. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking experienced Project Managers based in Canada with a strong background in healthcare IT and enterprise system delivery. Ideal candidates bring experience in: Hospital or health system IT projects ERP implementations (including finance, HR, or supply chain systems) Clinical or operational system deployments Interoperability and integration initiatives Full project lifecycle delivery within complex healthcare environments What You’ll Do Depending on project needs, responsibilities may include: Leading end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and closure Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met Managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees Driving project communication plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies Leading issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes Supporting ERP and healthcare system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations Ensuring successful client onboarding, adoption, and project transition Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client value expansion What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (required) 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in consulting or professional services Proven experience delivering medium to large healthcare IT or hospital information system projects Experience with ERP systems, clinical applications, or interoperability solutions Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with executive leaders and steering committees PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred) Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Why Join Our Talent Pipeline Early visibility into upcoming healthcare transformation and IT projects across Canada Opportunities to work on ERP, interoperability, and large-scale enterprise initiatives Flexible work options: contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles Primarily remote roles with occasional travel (up to 25%) Alignment of opportunities to your experience, project expertise, and career goals #LI-HS1 Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
