Organization and follow-through - You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking many tasks and touchpoints at once. Initiative and ownership - You don’t wait to be told what to do - you take charge of your work, spot opportunities, and bring forward ideas. Comfort with technology - You can work in email, shared calendars, and CRM tools without skipping a beat.
