What You Will Do

• Guide patients through complex treatment plans, including cases that involve specialists such as endodontists, periodontists, denturists, and oral surgeons.
• Coordinate referrals, consultations, and follow up appointments with both in house providers and external specialists.
• Prepare and submit predeterminations, verify insurance coverage, and explain benefits clearly to patients.
• Review treatment plans with patients, discuss financial arrangements, and help them understand timelines and recommended care.
• Support case acceptance by communicating confidently and answering patient questions.
• Track pending predeterminations and outstanding treatment, then follow up to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records, treatment notes, and insurance details.
• Assist the reception and clinical teams as needed to keep the day running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a dental office, ideally with treatment coordination or insurance roles.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, predeterminations, frequency limits, and specialist referral processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss treatment in a clear and compassionate way.
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational ability.
• A patient focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
