About Pathways Clubhouse Pathways Clubhouse is a community-based non-profit and registered charity serving adults in the Lower Mainland living with mental health challenges. Located in Richmond, BC, we have over 300 active members, an average daily attendance of 50+, and are open every day of the year. About the Role Reporting to the Program Manager, Food & Fun Unit, the Program Staff supports the daily operations of the Clubhouse with a focus on preparing and coordinating daily meals and facilitating social and recreational programming. The role involves active participation in kitchen operations and the daily work of the Clubhouse alongside members, and may contribute to a variety of Clubhouse programs and supports as needed. Schedule: 36 hours/week, Monday–Friday (8:30am–4:00pm) with one evening per month. Opportunities for additional weekend/stat shifts may be available. Qualifications: • Education in social services, mental health, or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience working with people living with mental health challenges • Valid BC Class 5 or 7 N driver’s license and able to drive Clubhouse vehicle • Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 1 • FOODSAFE Level 1 • SafeTALK training is an asset • Satisfactory completion of a Criminal Record Check Employment Details Permanent Full-Time | Non-Union Position | Salary: $48,900 (Year 1) | Extended Health Benefits after probation Pension eligibility after 1 year | Vacation accrual of 7.25 hrs/month in Year 1 (3 weeks annually thereafter) As an accredited Clubhouse, staff work side-by-side with members and uphold Clubhouse Standards in all aspects of the work.
