What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivery of medication : Taking daily medication to the homes of our patients Clinical Support: Prompt and observe of insulin dosing Medication Assistance: Assisting with self-administered medication or providing reminders. Environmental Maintenance: Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms. Reporting: Reporting changes in patient condition, and behavior Documentation : Documenting visit details using apps on the company phone
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.
The ideal candidate will have:
Education: A recognized Licenses Practical Nurse Certificate, or enrollment in a nursing program with practical experience. Certification: Registration with relevant provincial bodies (e.g., CLHA in BC). Must be able to submit a letter of good standing Flexible schedule : must be available for 7 am start, and available on weekends Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a team. Drivers License : Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license Criminal Record Check : less than 3 years old
