Role: Chemistry Expert (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $80 - $90/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Chemistry Expert (PhD) to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing and executing chemical experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of new chemical processes. The position requires a strong background in organic, inorganic, or analytical chemistry.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and conduct experiments to synthesize and characterize novel chemical compounds. • Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and scientific software. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and propose improvements. • Document findings in detailed technical reports and presentations. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards in all lab activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry is required. • Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, R, or MATLAB for processing experimental results. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to strict deadlines.
