About the role
Function Physiotherapy, located in beautiful Old Ottawa South, is a clinic that strives to offer exceptional quality services to clients while offering a fun and rewarding workplace for our staff.
We are currently seeking a couple of skilled and personable part-time administrative assistants who have a passion for working with others, creating a bond with clients, and who aren?t shy to go the extra distance to provide the best client experience possible. This position is a great opportunity for students or part-time workers looking for 3-4 shifts per week between 7:30am-7:30pm, Monday to Friday, averaging 15-20 hours / week.

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage patient and physiotherapist schedules and day-to-day tasks efficiently
- Process payments and invoices to both clients and direct billing eligible insurance companies
- Provide information and referral services to patients and visitors in person, by email, and by phone
- Maintain and protect confidential patient accounts, files, and records
- Manage email inquiries and correspondence
- Manage phone lines
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly
- Deliver accurate information to potential clients
- Tidy, organize, and restock treatment areas and clinic regularly
- Laundry duties as needed
- Cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration experience considered an asset
- 1+ years of customer service an asset
Pay: $19.00 per hour
