About the role
Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Diagnose dental diseases . Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue. Instruct patients on oral hygiene . Plan dental health treatment. Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth. Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery and other treatments. Supervise staff. Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances. Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
