How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Care Coordinator provides customer support by placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources, insurances and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare’s safety and quality practices.Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide resolutions
Create and update customer electronic files for Customer Management and scheduling systems
Maintain client confidence and protects Air Liquide Healthcare’s operations by keeping information confidential
Maintain integrity of client file information by electronically documenting both written and verbal correspondence
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, hospitals, funding agencies and internal customers
Respond to Sleep health customer service inquiries providing appropriate solutions
Handle customer complaints; receiving and reporting incidents in the electronic systems
Troubleshoot Sleep Apnea equipment malfunction calls and where necessary escalate calls to designate
Actively promote related products and provides solutions to client needs
Conduct outbound calls as required to complete or update client files
Responsible for getting insurance approvals for subscriptions, following up with customers on RePAP, ReSupply or sleep initiations
Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies
Performs Other Customer Service Related Activities As Required

High School Diploma
Background Or Experience In Customer Service/Medical Office Preferred
Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications
Keyboarding Skills (+45 wpm)
Strong experience with data management
Marketing and Sales skills are an asset
Bilingual is an asset

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45,000 with opportunity for advancement.
