Position Summary
Are you a Community Social Service Assistant looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Interprofessional Team department.
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, Registered Nurse or designate, the Community Social Service Assistant provides support services in the admission and discharge of patients/residents/clients and provides on-going social services support.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:30 to 16:30
Qualifications

Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized Community Social Service certificate program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

One (1) year recent related experience.

Valid B.C. Drivers’ License and access to vehicle for business related purposes.
