Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical function, movement patterns, and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education on injury prevention, posture, and self-management. The role involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate treatment records, and coordinating care with other wellness practitioners as appropriate. The Physiotherapist will also participate in periodic team meetings, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and support clinic initiatives to enhance client experience and service quality.

Qualifications • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta, with good standing in the relevant regulatory body. • Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills, including experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitative care. • Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and patient education for injury prevention and recovery. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse client base and collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Ability to manage a full-time caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and continuing education. • Experience in a multidisciplinary or wellness-clinic setting is an asset. • Comfort working with electronic medical records and basic clinic technology.
