Build strong relationships across UJA to support accurate, timely, and useful donor-impact communications. Maintain and contribute approved donor-impact language for use across fundraising, communications, marketing, leadership, and stewardship. Manage, assign, review, edit, and support the work of senior writers producing donor, stewardship, and proposal-related communications. Provide clear editorial feedback so writers understand the purpose, audience, tone, structure, and quality standard for the work. Experience managing or directing writers and giving specific editorial feedback. Experience working with designers or creative teams to develop reports, presentations, or visual storytelling products. Strong judgment about tone, audience, accuracy, sensitivity, and donor expectations. Comfort working with fundraising, stewardship, program, marketing, leadership, and communications teams.
