About the Role:
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialised nursing support. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and contribute to safe and effective service delivery. You will also support quality improvement activities, provide health education to patients and carers, and contribute to the development of students, graduates and less experienced staff while continuing to build your own clinical expertise.

About You:
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Ability to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and workload management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and supporting positive patient outcomes.
