The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant who can adapt to a busy, already established clinic environment and provide excellent support to both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (Accuro EMR)
• Handle patient interactions, phone calls, and administrative tasks professionally
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient work environment

What We?re Looking For:

• Minimum 2?3+ years of MOA experience in a busy clinical setting
• Strong working knowledge of Accuro EMR
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Availability for evenings and some weekends
