Is this you?
This level of operational scope appeals to professionals with a well-developed instinct for transforming complexity into a service that performs with consistency. Monitoring service delivery, turnaround times, and utilization across multiple specialized sections gives you the visibility to anticipate gaps and address issues before they affect care. This broad operational oversight allows you to recognize where priorities need to shift, where leaders require support, and where process improvements can strengthen performance. In turn, laboratory operations continue to deliver the reliability that clinicians and patients depend on.

People leadership in a multi-section laboratory like Core Lab, requires someone who can create clarity, set expectations, and keep others aligned when priorities shift. Whether hiring staff, supporting direct reports, or guiding performance conversations, you communicate in a way that is direct, respectful, and grounded in accountability. Your approach to staff development, from training plans through to annual evaluations, builds a team that is confident, capable, and prepared for the demands of our unique laboratory environment. This steady investment in people helps establish a culture where people feel supported and performance grows over time.

You are motivated by work that goes beyond maintaining performance and instead asks you to strengthen how a service evolves.
