IRIS The Visual Group is looking for an Optical Associate to join our fast-paced Fredericton clinic.

You will have an exciting and varied job, based on the well-being of your patients, advice and service.
This position is a Full-Time position (30+ hours/week with the potential for more based on operational needs.
Your role will include duties such as:
Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering patient inbound and outbound calls; Ensuring the office emails are checked daily and relevant info is forwarded to the respective team members; General Administration duties; Dispensing of glasses and contact lenses; Pre-testing; Special testing; General cleaning duties; Delivering exceptional customer service to all and an openness to learn about the Optical industry to better guide patient inquiries. Qualities required:
Be passionate, positive, and results-oriented; Enjoy working with the public to provide great service; Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Be very comfortable with technology (both PC and Apple products) Be a team player and support your colleagues; Be a fast and competent learner;
Evening Schedule : No

In 2000 IRIS purchased the Fort Group of Optical Companies, Western Canada's biggest optical retailer, and became the country's largest eyecare provider. The IRIS network of professionals now includes over 500 opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists. In early 2007 IRIS opened its very first location in Ontario. IRIS is constantly expanding in the Canadian market.
