£11,300–£12,000 per session Indemnity paid BMA contract NHS pension 6 weeks annual leave 1 week study leave Partnership available
Workload & Structure
4+ sessions 11–12 patients per session 15-minute appointments 1 hour admin time per session Two-GP duty team with capped workload Low home visits (paramedic support; reduced clinic if visiting) Typically finished by 6:00–6:30pm No weekends
The Practice
Large GP Training Practice with research involvement Purpose-built premises Strong admin and workflow teams Home-visiting paramedics Regular education sessions and training time Strong feedback from placed GPs
