In a typical day, you’ll: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules What you’ll bring to the role: Strong communication skills – both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Dental clinic environment experience will be an asset Why Lakefield, ON?
