Change Management Specialist
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. The successful candidate will lead organizational change management activities, develop communication and training strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and business processes. This role requires a highly collaborative professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, healthcare transformation, stakeholder engagement, and training development.
Requirements Mandatory: Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. Alternatively, please identify where this information is located within the response. 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology or process solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 10 years. At least 1 example should include OCM activities performed in a healthcare environment. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration that total at least 5 years. Examples should provide specific details of work performed. 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 1 example including project title and duration of the project that total at least 2 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in a large, complex environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including the project title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrollment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project that totals at least 2 years.
