What You'll Do

Assess and treat employees with physical, cognitive, and mental health concerns Complete workplace assessments, ergonomic reviews, and job demands analyses Develop accommodation and return-to-work plans Perform Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAEs) Support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness initiatives Collaborate with healthcare providers, Health & Safety, and Human Resources

What You Bring

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience in musculoskeletal, hand therapy, workplace rehabilitation, or industrial settings is an asset
