About the role
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, dynamic, and patient-centered dental practice on Mondays 12pm-6pm, Wednesday12p-6pm, Thursday 12pm-6pm. In August 2026, this will turn into a full time position to cover a maternity leave on the Tuesdays and Fridays as well. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate professional who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to providing the highest standard of preventive care.

What You'll Do:
- Provide thorough dental hygiene care including scaling, root planing, polish, and fluoride treatments.
- Perform oral cancer screenings, periodontal assessments, and charting.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and personalized preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker software.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario Dental Hygiene College.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A patient-first attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software is an asset.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
