Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Occupational Therapy, the Senior Occupational Therapist directs, supervises, and promotes the activities of the designated service within the occupational therapy department to ensure that patients referred to the service receive high quality occupational therapy and that students assigned to that service receive high quality clinical education. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Three years experience as an Occupational Therapist
Education
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Licenses
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
