Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans and providing expert care. Responsibilities

• Assess patients? physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices to enhance patient outcomes

Experience

• Prior experience is preferred
• Proven experience in patient care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery processes
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations across different age groups
