At Dentalook, we are looking for a Practice Manager who wants to make a real impact on their team, their patients, and the overall success of the practice.

What You'll Do

Lead and support a high-performing dental team
Create a positive and patient-focused culture
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
Support scheduling, office flow, and team coordination
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Help drive office growth and patient satisfaction
Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement

What We're Looking For

Previous dental office management or leadership experience
Strong understanding of dental operations and patient care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A confident leader who leads by example
Someone who is proactive, accountable, and people-focused
Experience with dental software is considered an asset
