Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice. Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and educate patients and caregivers.
Qualifications Eligible for employment in the United States under TN status. Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience required. Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care. Either: Eligible to obtain occupational therapy licensure in Arizona or Washington prior to the start of employment OR, Currently hold an active Occupational Therapist license in a U.S. jurisdiction and be eligible for licensure by endorsement in Arizona or Washington.
