Reporting to the Director of Outreach, the Encampment Outreach Support provides proactive, trauma-informed outreach and support to individuals experiencing houseless. Through consistent presence in encampments and public spaces, the Encampment Outreach Support works as part of the Regina Street Team to build trusting relationships and help individual navigate complex systems, navigate crises and access harm reduction supplies. The role works collaboratively with community partners and government agencies to reduce barriers to care and supports pathways toward long-term housing and wellbeing.
