Associate Vice-Principals

Queen’s University is excited to announce two exceptional leadership opportunities within its Office of Advancement - Associate Vice-Principal (Development) and Associate Vice-Principal (Principal Gifts). Both positions are critical to advancing Queen’s philanthropic goals during a time of momentum and transformative ambition.

  1. Associate Vice-Principal (Development) As Associate Vice-Principal (Development), you will lead a skilled team responsible for major and leadership giving, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, prospect development, and donor experience programs. This role is integral to growing Queen’s philanthropic income through a broad range of channels and managing high-value prospect portfolios.

  1. Associate Vice-Principal (Principal Gifts) The Associate Vice-Principal (Principal Gifts) is a newly created, senior leadership position focused on expanding Queen’s principal gift fundraising capability globally. You will lead a team engaging with high-net-worth individuals and major donors, contributing significantly to the upcoming fundraising campaign and ongoing philanthropic ambitions.
