Madison Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing North York team.

For more than 26 years, our clinic has served the local community with a strong focus on personalized, hands-on care. We are a well-established multidisciplinary clinic that provides physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic services, custom orthotics, and rehabilitation support.

This position is a great fit for a physiotherapist who wants to build a caseload in a supportive clinic setting while working alongside experienced practitioners.

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused physiotherapist who enjoys providing high-quality care and building lasting relationships with patients.

Our clinic emphasizes individualized treatment, manual therapy, active rehabilitation, and clear communication. We are not a high-volume treatment model. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, effective care tailored to each patient?s needs.

Patient Population

You will have the opportunity to treat a variety of patients, including those with:

• Sports and activity-related injuries
• General orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Post-operative rehabilitation needs
• Workplace and motor vehicle-related injuries

Please note that while we do accept MVA and WSIB cases, they are not the primary focus of the clinic.

Available Hours

We are currently looking for coverage during some or all of the following clinic hours:

• Monday: 11:00 AM ? 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM ? 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM ? 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM ? 8:00 PM
• Friday: 1:00 PM ? 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM ? 2:00 PM

Applicants do not need to commit to full shifts or all available days. Partial availability is welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist licensed to practice in Ontario
• Interest in manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and organized
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position with a 50/50 split-based compensation model.

As your schedule grows, there is strong potential to increase your earnings through consistent referrals and patient retention.
