Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform thorough dental cleanings, and support our team in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a modern clinic with a focus on comprehensive oral health care.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to promote optimal oral health
• Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, providing support with dental instruments and materials
• Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker or similar dental management software
• Manage patient scheduling, answer questions, and ensure a positive patient experience
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
• Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
• Proficiency with Tracker or similar dental practice management software
• Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse patient base
• Experience or background in dental assisting is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion

Pay: $48.00-$52.00 per hour
