Company Description Cambridge Physiotherapy & Rehab Center is a local clinic on Langs Drive in Cambridge, Ontario, dedicated to providing hands-on treatment for a wide range of injuries and conditions. The team is committed to helping community members move with confidence and live pain-free through expert, evidence-based physiotherapy care. The clinic serves the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas with specialized services in Scoliosis Rehabilitation using the Schroth Method, Neurological Physiotherapy, GLA:D program and Musculoskeletal Injury Management. It also offers focused Seniors’ Care programs for Fall Prevention, Stroke Recovery, Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and other neurological conditions requiring ongoing physiotherapy support. Every patient receives a tailored treatment plan designed to regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Physiotherapist role is based at Cambridge Physiotherapy & Rehab Center in Cambridge, ON. The Registered Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and scoliosis-related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical assessments, providing manual therapy and exercise prescription, monitoring patient progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies. The physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare providers, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment. Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligibility to register), and completion of an accredited physiotherapy program. Clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and functional movement rehabilitation. Experience or strong interest in neurological physiotherapy and seniors’ care, including stroke recovery, Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, MS, fall prevention, and balance training. Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, set measurable goals, and track patient outcomes using clinical best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with a collaborative approach to working with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Commitment to professional development, ethical practice, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical records and documentation. CPR/First Aid certification, experience in an outpatient or private clinic setting, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed to support patient care.
