The Purpose of this role is to provide a wide range of opportunities to service users affected by Substance use. Where: Peterborough Hours: 37.5 per week Contract Type: Permanent Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Responsibilities About the role: Develop and deliver specific interventions designed to reduce the harm caused by drug and alcohol use Developing pathways and joint working initiatives with partner agencies Increasing the number of individuals accessing treatment Increasing the number of individuals successfully completing treatment Supporting the Recovery Hub and case manage clients who are in recovery. About you: The post holder will have prior knowledge and experience of providing interventions for service users affected by drug and alcohol use Knowledge of safeguarding issues and vulnerable adult procedures. Experience of engaging with a wide variety of individuals Knowledge of local services including mutual aid networks and partner agencies. To be able to critically reflect and evaluate interventions and service delivery, identifying areas for development. Experience of contributing to project development. What we will give to you: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
