Role Description
We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Warman, SK, responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-centered pharmacy services. Day-to-day duties include accurately dispensing prescriptions, reviewing medication therapy for appropriateness, and counseling patients on proper use, potential side effects, and interactions. The Pharmacist collaborates with other health care professionals, maintains comprehensive patient records, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate standards. The role also involves overseeing pharmacy workflow, supporting pharmacy team members, managing inventory and controlled substances, and promoting health and wellness services such as vaccinations and medication reviews. The Pharmacist contributes to a positive customer experience by delivering professional, respectful, and confidential care to every patient.
Qualifications Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Saskatchewan (in good standing) and eligibility to work in Canada. Proficiency in prescription dispensing, medication therapy management, patient counseling, and clinical decision-making . Ability to use pharmacy management systems, maintain accurate documentation, and follow quality assurance and safety protocols. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse patients and collaborate with health care teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, continuous learning, and staying current with clinical and regulatory updates
