Role Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Home Care (24/7 Care Team)
Location: Westmount, QC Position: Full-time / temporary Start Date: August 2nd 2026
We are looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses to join a dedicated team providing one-on-one private home care for a client in Westmount.
This is an opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a calm home environment while working as part of a supportive team.
Shifts Available: • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
We are seeking nurses with flexible availability who can commit to multiple shifts each week.
Responsibilities: • Comprehensive nursing assessment and monitoring • Medication administration • Symptom management and patient comfort • Documentation and communication with the care team • Collaboration with family members and healthcare providers • Providing compassionate, patient-centred care
Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with the OIIQ • Bachelor of Nursing (preferred) • Previous hospital experience required • Oncology and/or palliative care experience is a strong asset • Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills • Professional, reliable, and compassionate
