Summary Of The Role
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Global Resources and Supports is hiring a Director of Operations / Program Director to lead our Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Mental Health programs in Nevada. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will be directly responsible for stabilizing operations, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and helping us grow into additional markets. If you do not have direct experience with DRC or IDS/DDS systems, this is not the right role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all DD and mental health services (residential, day programs, clinic) Ensure full compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and documentation standards Supervise QDDPs, case managers, residential managers, DSPs, and clinical staff Monitor documentation and billing to ensure accuracy and reimbursement integrity Lead team meetings, audits, and operational reviews Work with HR and Finance on staffing, payroll, and billing Help launch and stabilize mental health clinic operations Identify gaps and improve systems for efficiency and compliance
Required
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field 5+ years leadership experience in DD, mental health, or human services Experience with DRC and/or IDS/DDS systems (required) Strong understanding of Medicaid waiver services and compliance Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Master’s degree Experience scaling programs or opening new service lines

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of $60,000/year Opportunity for salary increase tied to expansion and performance 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance (medical) Paid Time Off (PTO)
Travel: Approximately 15% (associated with growth and expansion into new markets)
