Position #: 098680 Expected Start Date: July 03, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Swift Current Community Services City/Town: Swift Current Department: Population Health Promotion Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Health Educator - Staff $36.518 to $44.655 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care, the Health Promotion Coordinator, as part of the Mental Health and Addictions team, is primarily responsible for assessing health promotion needs of the Network and coordinating, planning, implementing and evaluating programs which are directed towards population health promotion and disease prevention for the Network, with a focus on mental well-being and substance use and abuse.
