Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Vancouver, BC. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing restorative and preventive treatments, performing routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, and crowns, and ensuring accurate charting and clinical documentation. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, and building long-term patient relationships. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to maintain smooth clinic workflows and uphold infection control and safety standards. Qualifications Valid DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school and eligibility for licensure as a dentist in British Columbia. Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative treatments, extractions, and preventive care. Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust across diverse patient populations. Commitment to high clinical standards, infection control protocols, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace. Comfort with using dental practice management software and digital charting; experience with digital imaging is an asset. Previous experience in a general or family dental practice is preferred; mentorship mindset and willingness to participate in continuing education are beneficial.
